Energetic Support for Challenging Times

Just as our computers need maintenance to clean out old programs and files, our bodies and energy systems need special care, especially in these intense times. These regularly scheduled group energy work sessions are designed to help people stay grounded, balanced, and up-to-date energetically.

The benefits are multi-fold:
• The release of old energies and blockages causing pain and discomfort
• Alleviation of tension by de-stressing and unloading the nervous system
• Creating the space and conditions for the integration of higher vibrations of
energy and light within the physical body
• Assistance in the de-construction and release of the pain body
• Release of collective limiting patterns

The Lightwork sessions are co-created and facilitated by Sheilagh Durkin to support people through this amazing, yet challenging transition. Lightwork is not a substitute for individual therapy or counseling, yet it will support any personal path of healing.
